I'm about to fire Comcast and go back to Dish Network. Service went down hard last night - internet, phone, even TV was screwy. Tried calling and the machine tells me "Due to a service outage in your area, we can not take your call". My, my, how convenient!

I had a really close call yesterday where Woodmen merges onto NB Powers. The merge lane is really long so a lot of people don't realize that it goes away. A LOT of people don't realize that it goes away... and they end up just following the white line on their right and incidentally merging with traffic without ever looking, or they just drive onto the shoulder and almost go off the road at 50+mph. If I am already on NB Powers, I try to stick to the far left lane as much as possible to avoid the oblivious drivers that almost cause accidents daily. I seriously see this happen every single day on the way home from work.
I really like zombie threads. It means that people are using the search function!
I really dislike idiots. There are a lot of them out there. Drive safely!

There's a road like this in Longtown though maybe not as long of a merge lane ... I don't think people are oblivious so much ... it's that nasty entitlement again - hell with the rules, my lane ended so you move.
