4 of those apply to your time or a couple were a little later. Every era had it's own acronyms for the same thing. FOBBIT was a REMF in my day. FOB was a fire base and FOB was in use. COMS are communications, DISA and XNET are for the Computer side of things that drive the current Military and DFAC you know as the Chow hall.
