Default Patriot Post: Class Action Lawsuit

Just got this in an email from The Patriot Post:
Breaking News: Patriot Post Class Action Lawsuit

    Tuesday, September 13, 2011
On Thursday, Sept. 15, Mark Alexander will announce plans for a class action lawsuit.

If you believe our national government is in violation of its constitutionally mandated limits, you will most assuredly want to learn about this action and join the ranks of those seeking to restore the integrity of our Constitution.

If you are a United States citizen and subject to federal taxes, you are eligible to join this action, and we encourage you, and everyone you know, to do just that.

The success of this legal action depends on a large number of members signing on.

Look for the announcement on Thursday in Alexander's Essay, and be prepared to participate in the most significant legal action regarding "taxation and representation" since our nation's founding.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA.. I'm sorry.. but I know how class actions work..and this will be entertaining and i'm sure very very short lived.. they'll then cry politics influenced the judges decision all the way to SCOTUS..

I'm interested to see it though.. especially to see them ask for contributions to pay legal fees..

IF wal-mart just won an attempted class action based on the sheer 'size' of the intended class...

Seems like a bit of political grand standing.. someone intends to run for office in the future I bet..
