Here, go fix roads, bridges, power lines, sewer, etc. We'd have enough to start a small government funded infrastructure repair company. They get paid, they are productive, and if they don't like the work (which I've done road crew work, it's not that hard) then they can actually get off their ass and find a better job! Problem fixed. And that, my friends, is how you kill 2 birds with one stone.

Thanks, but I don't want people like those in that video working on anything you listed. They can pick up trash and mow lawns.
