Got one of these once and it turned out to be some Russian scam. She (they) would focus on one city at a time and send the same message to a bunch of guys. End the end she flying out (sent flight conformation and everything) to see me and got stuck somewhere and need money sent. That's what I was waiting for. It took months to finally get ask for money, very thought out scam. I found out that they pulled it a few times before only to have a few guys standing around at the airport with signs of the girls name on it. They all got together and told the same story. Poor dudes.
