    Default I have never been closer to murder...

    ...than when I checked my bank balance this morning, only to find that some fucking asshat scumbag cocksucker had hacked my debit card and drained my (joint) checking account. Just spent the last hour on the phone with the bank, getting my card cancelled and reissued. Writing a formal dispute letter and faxing it to them so that we can be credited back the stolen funds. Thieves should be spit roasted over a slow fire...

    Ouch, sorry to hear that, man... Happened to me a few years back.

    Interesting tidbit about my experience: most of the charges were in the middle east...

    First Bank was awesome though, and credited my money back within a day or so

    That REALLY sucks!! Hope you get all your money back. I've had my credit card # stolen 4 times and the thieves really spent a lot of money fast!

    That happened to me monday night! I woke up late tuesday morning to go to Cheyenne to take my mom to her cancer doc appointment and my debit card got declined when I stopped for gas

    Did you see where the charges took place? My brother had his card # stolen and found out the perp was in Englewood (I know, close right)... since he works at the bank that issued his card he wanted them to call every time the person tried to charge something so he could try and track them down- .45 to the melon teaches many a lesson to thieves!

    Damn, that really sucks! I remember I took some clients to PT's about 10 years ago (yea, I know, that what they were in to) and left my debit card for the bar tab and forgot to get it back. The asshats there managed to spend $10K of my money the next day and of course the club couldn't find the card. Fortunately we tracked it down to who did it and they went to jail. I hope you get your guy!
