Bushmaster XM15 Lower Replacement

Hello,
Long story short Im a CO resident along with my brother and Im buying his Bushmaster XM-15 from him. In the future I might become a CA resident and want to change the lower since it is "banned" in Kalifornia. Any good places to pick up a lower complete or stripped with parts kit in the Colorado Springs Area? I will no longer need the XM-15 receiver so I will most likely sell that. Once I get the lower taken care of. I loved the RRA setup however pretty spendy with the 2 stage trigger and the 6 position stock.

all you need to do is remove the mag release and install a CA DOJ approved mag button. This eliminates the detachable mag portion of the CA DOJ BS.

Jim That is incorrect, Bushmaster is banned by name in Commieforina. He would have to swap out lowers with one not banned by name and put a bullet button on it.

I just got done reading all the rules in Kalifornia.. My god that place is a disaster when it comes to gun laws.!! What a nightmare. .And yes, if your gun or lower is on their list of banned guns, then you are SOL. Can't have it. Can get a lower of a brand that is not on their list, install the bullet button on it and be good to go.
There are all kids of funky rules too. Check out the "Monsterman" grip. made me laugh my balls off. So fugly and what is needed because in some cases, you can't have a pistol style grip.
