Not sure how to respond to that, I don't really know- I guess if they don't waste the funds then sure- our children are our future. But the fishing comment was basically a play on stop giving people money for doing nothing, give them a skill so they can earn their own money and not rely on the teet of gov to keep giving them money for nothing (and your chicks for free!- sorry couldn't resist!)
