The Corporate route would/might also work for this and would I beleive be more flexable in adding/subtracting employees who are allowed access. The one issue I see here, in both cases, is that the ATF requires the location of the firearms and long term storage at another location (even if in state) might violate the rules. Yes, practically it's unlikely they are going to come knocking on your door, but the rules are the rules.
