As it was said, not USPSA. In NRA TPC, your allowed to turn uprange as a shooter, providing that the muzzle of your weapon doesn't leave the 1 foot bubble. Tell that to anyone that doesn't shoot or train like that in any other shooting sport, and they think your pyscho.

And this is why in printing in the USPSA handbook, that video or pictures cannot justify a DQ. its all about perspective.
