Patsys...No doubt about it. I have been eating there for over 12 years and have never had anything but good food. Oh its also where I got engauged to the wife.

If you make it over to Aurora ever ( I realize that's not I70 and Kipling) check out Armando's. Really good, great prices. Very comparable alfredo sauce to what I ate Italy.
As the resident Italian on this board I feel I must chip in:
Parisi, 4401 Tennyson, would be a very good restaurant even in Italy, contrarily to all those Americanaized pseudo-Italian restaurant mentioned so far.
You may like them, but it ain't real Italian food.
Parisi, and more specifically the downstairs restaurant called "Firenze a tavola" are the only spot, togheter with "Il Fornaio", where I will eat Italian.
Trust me, I'm Italian!

I love Parisi's. It reminds me of the food when I lived there near Vicenza.As the resident Italian on this board I feel I must chip in:

This place has decent food, but are TERRIBLE at catering by the way.
