I can see where it is a nuisance just starting out but this is a great community and the new rule keeps stammers from posting in our for sale threads and also keeps out one time deals that waste a lot of marlins time.
Just like you would do at somebody house when you first walk in show a little respect follow the rules of the house and things will be just fine.

I personally like the new rule. I sold my DPMS to a forum member and when I got home looked him up on the directory and he had been a member for a couple years, but had no posts. Made me kind of leery to throw another rifle on the board. I side with everyone else, if you don’t like it then hasta luego.
