Dude I already understand having issues when it comes to bowels. I have ulcerative colitis (simular to crohns) so it was a semi serious question.

My uncle is close to having to have a catheter. He is only 38 years old. He has Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and cannot hold it at all. Right now he is using diapers and a hunting urinal if he can make it. Everyday it is getting worse though and he is just about bed ridden so it is almost impossible to make it to the bathroom.

Anybody that is in a wheelchair has to catheterize to drain thine bladder.
My buddy is in a chair and I have had to help him a couple of times when he was in an arm cast and after he had surgery. Shove a clear tube up your buddies crank and a couple of things happen:
Your junk will retract into your body at amazing speed.
You gain a new perspective on the most simple of things. We get up, go piss and go back to bed. For him it is a 1/2 hour production.

Can't tie you shoes because of arthritis? Take this pill and you will be able to tie them but you will:
    Bleed from the rectum.
    Have severe stomach cramps.
    May go blind.
May be at risk of stroke.
May be at risk of certain cancers.
May have suicidal thoughts and actions.
May have an erection lasting longer than 30000 hours.
    May have uncontrolled irrational thoughts.

Screw that- Ill buy shoes with velcro!
