Default Spent shell catcher for shooting area?

My plan at the moment is to use a bed sheet with some lightweight frame as a wall so I can find my brass afterwards. This is a place out of the wind so that's not an issue. Any other suggestions for a brass stopper? Not just shooting AR's so needs to catch them all so I can find em.

Fishing net. I find that the AR is easy to police up brass from. I have an SAR 3 that throws it into the next county.

    Big ass blue tarp.
Cheap- water proof so you can rise it off- doubles as shelter if the weather goes to pot.
I just lay it out on the ground near my lane.

I use a tarp as well, makes it nice and easy. You just weigh it down with the rest of your guns or ammo or whatever.

yeah, i've found if i put the gun cases on the far edge of the tarp it creates a little wall to stop the brass from rolling off or skipping off, especially while prone.
