Welcome to the high country. You may notice there's less oxygen in the air here (but there's also a lot less water in it, so its a wash).

It is taking a while for me to acclimitize, for certain. I can't figure out if it is altitude or allergies, but my sinuses have been killing me for a couple weeks now.

Everything has it's trade-offs:
I've traded high humidity for low oxygen levels;
Alligators for bears and moose(s?);
Pythons and water moccasins for rattle snakes;
Heavy traffic for longer commuting distances;
Little old ladies in large cars for...well, that one is pretty much the same.

All in all, I am excited to be here and hope I won't be going anywhere for quite a while.

Welcome, and go pick up the NeilMed nose rinse, use it at least once a day, you'll be better in no time. Especially now that its getting drier again...
