night vision help

so i bought some night vision to help a friend out. i was curious, can you take the tube and put it into the a different housing? like a pvs 14 housing or something? anyone know how much that would cost or who can do it locally if possible? i think i might be able to sell it better if i update the housing and equipment if its cheap enough
