Teacher bans the phrase “bless you”
frikin liberals , next i bet they ban children from wearing a cross or star of david .as someone who attends church and always has i find this more than disturbing . the more our country puts a ban on god in schools the more i want to home school when i finely have some kids of my own .

The phrase has three basic parts:
Al - The
Hamd-u - meaning the "feeling of gratitude", as opposed to Shokr, "words of gratitude".
Li 'llah - preposition + noun Allah. Li is a preposition meaning for, belonging to, etc. The word "Allah" is said to be derived from ilah -- the Arabic word for God.

I think you are confusing Islam with Arabic...
not all Arabs are Muslim and not all Muslims are Arabic...
I just showed you a way to say God Bless you in Arabic and people with Narrow perceptions and Liberal agendas will be forced to allow it due to their own hyper sensitivities.
Careful though- say that wrong and you could be converting!

It only makes sense. Society as a whole has been on this path for quite some time.
First they simply turned their backs to religion. Fine with me... as I like to tell people "Its ok if you disagree with me, everybody's wrong now and then."
Then they started looking down upon those who still had faith. Still ok, people are entitled to their opinion and it don't bother me none.
Now they're taking the first steps to criminalizing religion. This is crossing a line.
First we saw the kid that was suspended for saying "I'm a Christian and I believe being homosexual is wrong" to a friend in class.
Now they're being punished and losing points in class for saying things as simple as "bless you"... Heaven forbid they were to say "God bless."
When these children come of age, they will turn the values (if you can call them that) that they learned in school as kids into laws. God only knows what will happen then.
