    Default Pps-43c Issues

how do you fix the light strike problem on the PPS-43C with the hard primers. The firing pin just needs to be a little longer it seems like.

Pull the bolt and make sure the pin is traveling as intended, they tend to peen if it is dry fired. Make sure the FP channel is not gunked up.
Possible the nose of the pin has worn away but without a dimension or new pin to compare to hard to tell.
DO NOT attempt to add to a pin or fabricate a new one without knowing the correct OAL.
Punch a primer you arent going to be happy......

More than likely it is the ammo though-they dont like hard primered mil stuff. try some commercial ammo and I bet it runs fine.

I was thinking that but it is all brand new. It fires off the stuff you can buy with no problem, it is the surplus stuff it has a problem with about 4 to 5 every mag.
