    Before I moved my neighbor who is wheel chair bound for the most part... can't get around well.. long story.. not paralyzed but got a spinal infection.. was asking me about concealed carry cause he spends a lot of time downtown...

    Glad to see someone was able to fight back.. perhaps things will start to change..
