I called 2 companies, one was $170 and one was $99. It really doesnt take that long. They were done in 30 minutes. They scub the chimney with a brush and vacume it up. I had just bought a 40 yr old house and wanted to see if the chimney was ok and clean it. It was more about the inspection.

Whoever sold you that house probably screwed you good. 40 year old house w/o chimney inspection. Did you even get any kind of inspection???

Btw.. kirsten and I are fighting another battle w/ HUD..This time they think our buyer is on somekind of list. Hope its not the terrorist list.
