Eric Holder does need to go down, but I don't think this can be pinned on Obama. No way the CiC is going to be the one making decisions for every operation done by every government agency.

If nothing else, Holder should be taken away for personally telling ATF agents to not speak to the Congressional Inquiry. That is blatant obstruction of justice.

One of the readings during WG clearly states that at the Executive level there is no such thing as "Plausable Deniability", the POTUS is directly responsible for the actions of those within the Executive Branch. DOJ falls under the EB.
And that was for a bush league burglary.
People died due to the decisions made in F+F.
Granted, that was then - this is now.
But we also have the Solendra mess that is blowing up in their faces as well.
Quite a few critical supporters of BO are abandoning him.
Holder will fall, especially if a Special Prosecutor is assigned. BO will abandon him to save his ass.
Grassley and Issa are enraged over Holder lying to them. Both of their offices are happy to hear from the citizens and are receptive to comments.
Take 5 minutes and let them respectfully know how you feel.
