    Ahh, the good ol' Reuleaux triangle. I made the comment of drilling square holes a few years ago to one of my college professors at the time. He scoffed at me until I showed him the geometry.

    Those bits are pretty cool. I've used them in CNC lathes before. The first time you use one, they blow your mind.

    All previous cutters I had seen using this principle left a radius in the corners, but this one seems to cut the corners at right angles, or is that an optical illusion from the camera?

    Very slight radius.
    CNC is amazing critters.
    The most important thing to be learned from those who demand "Equality For All" is that all are not equal...
