I'm with ya' Bailey, started preppin' some weeks back. Changed the oil in the snowblower and the generator, 280' of heat tape adjusted and re-secured on the roof, fresh synthetics in the engines, diffs & xfr case (still new winter tire shopping -
"no more AT treads for me"), vehicles winterized, emergency bags checked & refreshed, snow shovels and supplies loaded, maint on the fireplace, and on and on...everything just "
takes a little more" when you live in the high-country don't it?
PS - I was down-the-hill but my lady called to let me know it was snowing on the home-front. Nothing accumulated but...damn...snowed yesterday here and it is 28 degrees right now. I'm good, ski season is just around the corner.
