Anybody who is close to C470 and 285 is welcome to follow me. I take 285 to Pine Junction then head south to the shoot spot. It is only 60 miles going that way.

I'm at Bowles and Wadsworth, so I'd be interested in going this way. Are there dirt roads that way? My truck can handle them no problem, but there's a possibility we'll have a car with us too.Originally Posted by HunterCO
Actually I may not be going down till about 11 or so, as I have to work till early that morning. Any way to lay that way out? I was also considering going 67 from Deckers.
It's easy just go up 285 to Pine Junction make a left at the light that is CO126. Go south and 126 turns into 67 at Deckers.
I almost forgot yes it is paved the entire way no dirt.

I think it takes longer to get to Pine Junction that way for me than to take Santa Fe down and catch 67 through Sedalia. Has anyone gone this way?Originally Posted by HunterCO
I have gone 67 via Sedalia, it's ok unless you hit a bunch of traffic from people going to Rampart to go dirt biking. Did they get all the roads repaired in the Deckers area.

Yeah and remember the forest service doesn't plow roads ands we've had a bit of snow, so that road from Sedalia to Deckers may be a bit tougher than the paved road way that Hunter takes. As for fixing all the roads? They have 67 open, but that's all I know about. Karl.
