So a lot of my more liberal minded friends are still wondering why people don't understand the 99% protests and motives... how about we look at it from a different side? Out of the 305 MILLION Americans, they say 1% is wealthy, and 99% is "suffering." Did you know that out of that 305M people only 3M are currently in some component of the US Military.... that's less than 1%!
So all this bitching about I'm part of this percent, or that percent, or give me this or give me that... "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." Smart words from JFK right there. And Nathan Hale shares my sentiment: "I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country." Tell these bozos to quit whining and do something for the nation instead of bitching about it.

I had an interesting debate with a younger, more liberal friend of mine.

Him: The revolution has begun!
Me: So they have started shooting?
Him: No Man, The OWS Revolution!
Me: So, These revolutionaries... they have taken up arms to overthrown a tyrannical oppressor?
Him: No Man... the are camping out on wall street. They are giving up weeks of their lives to send the message.
Me: The real message will come when the gov send troops in and they start shooting and bashing people, when the cost becomes their entire life... what do you think your "revolutionaries" will do then
Him: Man, yer harsh..
Me: Reality hits you hard bro...
