Yes- I know- you have more guns than all of us. It's just that I've never seen you post or refer to an American manufactured gun of any kind (that you owned), beyond Kimber-hating references. I'm sure you'll point to a post that proves me wrong, I just can't recall any at all- except maybe the Para that you traded off for the bad Wasr. That was a good trade (not!). Again really, not trying to start up on you again. I'll try to shut up now- I know I have a big mouth so-to-speak.

Like I said just cause I dont talk about them does not mean I dont own them. If a problem comes up with one of them then I will bring it up. Just like when I asked what to look for to make sure my Delta elite is safe to shoot, I still have not fired it yet. That is why I own a Glock 20 so I dont have to put miles on my COLT.

I knew you could find a post/thread to prove the weakness in my argument! I just stick to high-quality guns and have very few problems. My spotlight on you in this regard is the RG revolvers. I recall you posting about those and wanting to fix one up and noting that you had a few and liked them. It just confuses me, as I am a simple man.

I have 8 Arminius revolvers and I do really like them, and I did fix one up. Just because I like cheap German revolvers does not mean anything but the fact that I like cheap German revolvers. It does not mean that I dont own S&W or Ruger or Colts or anything else. I also like Heritage arms revolvers.

A collector collects all kinds of stuff. It doesn't sound like Atrain is exactly trying to limit himself on what kinds of guns he has. If money were no object, I'd own one of everything, and I'm sure I'd get guys telling me to sell my Jennings and buy a Glock anytime I mentioned it (the Jennings) without understanding that I actually own both.

Well put I also own a Bryco 38 380 it is the only one I have ever owned that worked and is pretty accurate so I kept it.

The only us made guns I own are my ak's (home built with enough compliance parts to be considered us built) just because something isn't made in the us doesn't make it crap. There are a lot of quality guns that have come out of china (I can't speak for their shotguns but mak90's and chicom sks' come to mind) not to pick a fight but if atrain was asking qustions about a glock would you dismiss his question to tell him buy american? Yes I know you can't make a direct comparison between glock and chicom knock offs but you can see what I'm getting at.

Anyway, atrain, why don't you just get a saiga 12? hahaha

You have an interesting point there jreifsh80.
The AK and SKS just as the Tokarev pattern firearms were more than likely manufactured on Soviet tooling under "License" to China. Direct Soviet interaction with China resulted in the ChiCom weapons and true AK's and such.
Items such as Atrains shotty and most others were retro-engineered and that is why you get the variances with the item they copied. This is what makes it difficult to adapt US parts to them.
The one notable exception is the Norinco 1911. The Norinco M14 is pretty close but just oddball enough.

Nicely put I own alot of guns that are not made in the usa and they are nothing but quality. I just keep quiet cause I am tired of arguing about what gun is better. To each his own is what I like to say, I still have not had any problems at all with my pt1911's not even one FTF or FTE, and they are both very accurate. My Armscor 22 TCM has the smothest action on a 1911 I have ever felt, it is better than my Smith Colt and Desert Eagle 1911's. It fairs up with the Wilson combat I checked out at Big R not to long ago, but it is also a custom built select grade version.
