zombie apocalypse

Can some one please explain what the zombie apocalypse is all about? No one really believes it is really going to happen do they? I only ask cause I see stuff pertaining to it all over the place.

For a lot of people its a light hearted excuse to think about preparing for SHTF in a serious way.

I don't believe it will happen but a part of me wouldn't mind it at all.

Best way I've heard it explained is: It's a cover all for the end of the world type stuff. It's also a little more PC to prep for Zombies than an actual event.

Of course there are some forums where I think they really do believe in it.

From what I have read it has to do with a drug the Government is experimenting with. They used it on a mouse test with a cat and cheese. Now I do not know how true this is but supposedly they injected the mouse with this drug fed the cat the cheese and the mouse allowed the cat to eat it so the mouse could get to the cheese. So basicly it is a drug that takes the well to survive away and can make a human do some crazy stuff, but like I said it is just something I read I do not know how true it is.

That is because I read it I dont believe it, but the Government does like to play with drugs so you never know. If in fact they do have such a drug and administer it to a Human it could have some pretty crazy affects.
