This wasn't simply a bad day, this was his own doing. His repeated actions show a much deeper character flaw than simply having a bad day. He deserves the derision I and others have given him.

Your argument seems to be that because I haven't walked a mile in Jake's shoes I am in no position to judge him. I simply point out that I know plenty of folk that HAVE walked that mile and that their opinion would be the same as mine.

In court this is what a judge would rule as "hearsay". Inadmissible.
