Cool barrel tech

Just recently heard of this through a buddy... according to him, you can dump two mags at full auto and then grab the barrel without burning your hand.
I wonder if it truly works as it says as far as barrel movement, or if the barrel flexes/whips inside the tube and we just can't see it? What do you guys think?

For the money and turn around time, my rifle can sit there with the bolt open to cool down. I still have to wait for my suppressor to cool down also.

For $340-450 and less than a week of down time, if it works as advertised I'd say its worth it.
