    I always thought that when you reached a certain level that you might get a bonus on the file size for your avatar...

    'cause I have some cool ones that are just over the limit...
    Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).
    You know - like 250KB...

    Animated .gif files are the work of the devil.


    But here you go ... took half the frames out of it, reduced the colors from 256 to 4 and fiddled with the dithering. Got it small enough that it'll work as an avatar.
