I've seen a lot of questionable WTB ads on armslist, but this has got to be one of the nuttiest. Really hoping it is a joke. Well, at least I thought it was funny:

"Looking to pick up a handgun Asap, I am open but no tiny calibers a 9mm or .38 is the smallest I am interested in other then that I prefer revolvers but if its a semi I dont care let me know what you have I am not wanting to spend much more then $300 right now. The sooner we can complete the transaction the better."

Sadly I can see this being my somewhat odd coworker who's been looking for a firearm due to some hostility coming from another party. (And had a price limit of $200, told him just get a shotgun, no decent handgun for that price)

That it's North Fort Collins adds to the adds sketchiness.

Yeah, that posting does seem a bit odd. Definitely one I would steer clear of. I guess it's that whole "as the seller you are responsible for the firearm ending up in legal hands" thing. That is why I think it's great a lot of sellers here simply want to see your CCW and call it good.
