handgun foregrip

I was told if I added a foregrip to a handgun it was considered an AOW.
IE:
Adding this to a Glock

or combining theese two,

I hope they're wrong. Can anyone clarify for me.

Form 1 your glock as an SBR and then you can put the vertical foregrip AND one of those cool stocks like Alan has on it.

Yes $200 to register then it would only be $5 transfer if you sold it.
