Well, looks like the UPS status has changed from "shipping label created" to "in transit". Also says it should arrive in three business days. But it doesn't give me the typical tracking information telling me where it is. It also says the status could show "in transit" all the way up until it is delivered.
We shall see.
I still haven't received an "in transit" notice, but I did hear from a guy named Colt Driver (what a name) today, and he told my order was delayed because they're waiting on a batch of bcgs. Possible ship date of Thursday. Here's hopin'.
I bought some 6.8 magazines from them awhile back, the shipping was fairly quick since they were in stock, but still not as fast as Midwayusa.
Coming up on a month since I placed my order, and it still hasn't shipped. Buyer beware.....even though they recently updated their website to say that uppers will ship within 15 days instead of 7, its still complete BS. They're just like all the other shops who say it'll ship when it ships and don't give you a time frame. What bothers me is that they're not up front about it. Their customer service department keeps giving me excuses, but I don't want excuses, I want my upper

Yeah, hopefully it'll be worth the wait. Truth be told, however, I'm just whining cuz it'll be my first AR, and now that I've paid for the damn thing, I can't wait to slap it on my Spikes lower and go shoot it. I'm literally at "little kid before Christmas" levels of anticipation....
I much rather prefer to pick stuff up local if possible. I hate waiting on stuff to come to me. Too impatient I guess.
Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can get out to the range this weekend or next and sight it in and get back with a "range report".
I hear ya on that, I just ordered my upper from Del-Ton and I'm stoked for it. But its gonna be about a month before I get it
Looks like I'll order from del ton then... Atleast you can talk to a real person and get a real estimate of how long it'll take to ship.
Wow, I've ordered two uppers from them so far and both came in under the time frame.
