They are 100% in support of them. The middle class is alive and well by the way, and you - Deus are spouting the talking points of the left. Don't forget it's your elected President who is doing most of the bailing out of the big corporations. Also, why is all of the stimulus money going to the states- i.e. UNIONS and GOV'T WORKERS. The private sector is being wholly left out of the "stimulus".
You're just as bad as them. I'm not spouting any talking points, and I didn't vote for Obama. Jesus Christ this is starting to sound like McCarthyism.

The President, fortunately, doesn't have much say. So it was your (and mine, and everybody's) Congress that did the bailing out.

Are you against stimulus money going to the states? Isn't that what the right is all about? The states, not the big government?

And have you driven on the roads lately? All the building projects are being completed by private contractors from all over the place.

"You're just as bad as them". I was actually not pointing fingers at you at all, I mean- you have been in my home pal. Trying- although I was struggling- to be mellow and coherent. The stimulus programs were pushed by the admin(except for the 1st- by Bush)- i.e. Obama, because like all Keynesians, he thinks gov't spending is all that it takes to bring a country out of a recession, even though it has NEVER worked on it's own. Yes I absolutely believe much more power needs to be relinquished to the individual states, as I think that the people of THAT state should drive its social/fiscal programs, based on the needs of the people of that state. The MONEY is going to the states, BLUE states, not the red states, then being redistributed as that governor wishes. Your last statement is irrelevant, as it has nothing to do with the conversation, and is not so simplistic as you try to make it sound,

I'm sorry man, I just can't take what you're saying seriously when you won't even use their real names. It's the sort of willing stupidity that should be kept to arfcom GD.

You were doing a pretty bad job of not pointing fingers by attempting to "out" me as some Obama voter, or whatever you were attempting to do.

Source of money going to blue states?

And the stimulus money is for construction projects and the construction projects are completed by private contractors. Seems pretty relevant to me?

I respect peoples rights to protest, but not when they can't be decent human beings about it and break the law.

The biggest problem we have today isn't big corporations, isn't Obama, isn't the white house. It's the fact the president has a limit of 2 terms, while the senate and congress can serve as long as they are voted. Fundamental problems have existed through multiple presidencies because we have the same crooked senators and congressman who's campaigns are funded by lobby groups that it makes it practically impossible for regular joe to go run for these positions.

Back in the day when America was a true republic anyone could run for office, poor, rich it didn't matter. Today it's really the 1% that can even afford to run for these "public" positions.

What do you think a protest is? If you didn't do those things, then you would be COMPLETELY ignored. Might as well pass around an online petition.

Why are you guys demonizing Dues over this? I don't see why it is so difficult to understand what he's trying to say here. Many of the Occupy people are retarded, true, but their out there protesting the same things that most of you constantly bitch about; they just have a different solution in mind. Their solution is extremely stupid and dangerous, but what do you expect from a class of people taught and raised to rely on their government?

These protesters DO need direction, but they need direction from someone with a solid understanding of how the economy can realistically function. If the other side of the people (ALL OF YOU) would join your voices, add some direction to these protests, then some serious notice would be taken and we've have a REAL protest on our hands. Instead, as usual, we'll all just sit around and bitch about things we think we can't change, but in reality are just too lazy and too scared to even attempt. So let's just sit back and make fun of all the people willing to protest (because they apparently don't have anything better to do), instead of taking advantage of them to actually accomplish something.

Ok, little late here (busy day yesterday) but are you saying the Tea Party is wrong for asking for Obeyme's impeachment? Lest I remind you of "Fast & Furious", and God forbid I remind folks about the vast chasm between what he's done and hasn't done since getting elected.... oh yeah and $5 TRILLION in just 2 YEARS!?!?!?!?!
