I know this is a giant leap of faith but I don't think the dems even with commie mommie polosi as speaker will push the gun issue to hard. The reason being is if they do there will be no hope of them getting any where in 08. Of course the Republicans can screw the pooch for the next 2 years like the previous 6 and then all bets are off.

So I'm hoping not much is going to happen because we all know most of our elected officials are worried more about themselves than the country.
