I give props to the Cerda Brothers for their restraint to not kill him as I wouldn't have showed as much. Unfortunately they would have probably been better off taking it further so he wasn't around to testify. These guys are the heroes and Rodriguez is in reality luck to be alive (unlucky for the rest of the world though!).
