    philly is vehemently anti gun.

    only police are allowed to have them.

    CWNC (carry while not a cop) is actually legal, but they do what they can to discourage anyone from doing it.

    IMO, armed police discouraging citizens from engaging in non law breaking behavior = tyranny.

    on glocktalk, this guy was a "zealot" who "provoked" the police and "got what he deserved"

    how come black people always drive cop cars? Do you get a speicial discount if you ride in one 3 times or more?
