First of all, to support someone Afghanistan has to have at least some kinda government with regular army and sh*t. Now, anyone who's been to Afgan knows that it's just a land called Afghanistan with buncha small kings.
Afghanistan as a functional country does not exist. There's no such thing as constitution, law, order or government there.
The freaking weather in CO is more stable than their government, unless something changed since my last visit...
