I had a moment of clarity after watching that video. The truth rings clear.

My hot toddy drove by them this afternoon afterwork. She said there were about 20-30 cold-looking wrapped up bums all standing pretty close to each other, trying to stay warm. There were a couple of tents/temp structures they were also trying to stand in the lee of. They weren't holding their signs at abot 4:45pm, just standing around.
