    Thanks yall!
It really does look a lot better than the pics make it seem, between the ****ty camera and even worse lighting all the colors seem to be blending together. I'll take some tomorrow outside and hopefully I'll be able to find the battery for my actual camera too.

Starting to sound like we need a Paint Your Rifle Day, kinda like the old AK kit build days the site used to do.

Thanks bud! I'm actually thinking about redoing it again... more tan, more brown, less green... but then again I do like it the way it is and the money could be better spent on ammo, and the green will blend better in the mountains anyway.

    Git'r done
Spray a base coat of tan, lay some leaves and branches down over it and spray patches of brown and patches of green, then lay some grass or pine needles over the spots from the leaves and blend the green and brown patches together.
    Post pics when you're done!

Still a little wet and i'm not a huge fan of how the brown came out, but I think all in all that it worked out.

Nice man, looks pretty good IMO... if you want the brown to blend a bit better you could lightly spray over it with tan or green.
What paints did you use? How long did it take you?

I just used rattle can because it was easier to put on, easier to take off, and easier to touch up. I think that it took about 45 minutes including drying time.
