I just picked up my Saiga 12 today. It is a b-day present I purchased for myself which makes it even better.
Right now it is plain stock and in the box. Once I drop it off with BPTactical, it will be a combat ready animal!!

I ordered my conversion parts today. I will have to post up some pics.
What stock are you going with? The reason I ask is that I got mine already converted with just a cheap tapco stock on it and I really did not care for the length of pull. I picked up an ATI adjustable stock and it is really nice to a) have the adjustment and b) feel like the shotgun fits me now.
I went with the ACE 8.5 in stock. I like the ACE products. I am not doing the folding option (yet) because I don't want it to wobble.
Here's me holding a sexy SBS Saiga. It's not mine, but a close friend of mine had this done at Tromix. It's a sweet shooter too, especially with the MD Arms 20-round drum (not shown in picture).

The character of a man can be judged by how he treats those who can do nothing for him
That is freaking sweet! Right now, I am going to keep the barrel at 19. I may in the future shorten it but I think it is good.
My parts are shipped.![]()
I left the barrel at 19" on mine and added a polychoke. It swings well but you can definitely tell its out there. I don't know how the ace stock will balance it but the longer pull was good for mine. Gratuitous picture attached.
