Gutter / Window cleaning - Anyone?

Anyone here do residential gutter and/or window cleaning. Or, can you recommend someone? I'm not to excited having some uninsured felon from Craigslist working in, on or around the house.

I hear that a good pair of work gloves, some trash bags, paper towels, windex, or even a borrowed squeegee works wonders on windows and gutters!

Thanks for the advice. I'd much rather pay someone with the right equipment, i.e. a tall ladder, and insurance to take the risk falling of my second story roof.
