yeah, wait until you file and the company says, "we want to wait and think about it for 3 weeks, then we will contest it"... you wait 8-12 weeks for a hearing and it drags on for another 4 weeks...

They had over hired techs for the shop and because the manager was starving me my hours looked like crap to the owner (who had by the way said in the interview that getting at least thirty hours a week would not be a problem, that was a lie) so they let me go.

This is the first time I have ever been fired. Not to shabby for 32 year old.
