    Just barely, definitely a judgment call. I think the PO thought I was a tad reckless........he was probably right.

    Good luck! There is a bit of a difference in a "pink" light and flat running a red.

    90 in a 50, reckless driving, and engaging in a speed contest.

    I went to court in Larimer County. The judge dropped everything but the reckless driving. He ended up giving me a $150 fine, road rage classes, and 1 year of unsupervised probation. I'm just glad that CSP didn't catch us on the interstate. I was doing 145+ for a good stretch between Loveland and Fort Collins.

    I subsequently sold my Z28 to prevent the temptation to do something that retarded again.
