Only downside I see is potential for the lawyers to twist things as usual as " Sir/Ma'am, you shot my client who was breaking into your home in the middle of the night to steal things... How did you confirm he/she was a "Zombie" before killing them with your firearm using "ZOMBIES ONLY" ammo to protect you or your family?

Easy answer. Only a Zombie would be capable of acting in such an irrational manner as to break into my house. Obviously your douchebag client (or his estate) was a Zombie since he/she acted in such a manner. He/she exhibited classic Zombie behavior.
