I feel your pain. Data flushing and moving sucks.
Haven't read the whole thread yet so if this has already been covered, please forgive me.

We went to the .co URL MONTHS ago. Long story, but most people never noticed it.

I never could get access to co-ar15's domain control to update domain servers. It's irrevocable pointed at the (2007-2011) server. I provided ar-15.co in November so that the site itself did not disappear.

At this point, it's up to Marlin / managers what they want to do there. If we can get access to co-ar15 then the whole site can be moved back soon. If people prefer ar-15.co then it can stay forever.

I would recommend updating your bookmarks though. It hasn't been @ co-ar15 for quite awhile I've just been holding your hands
Thanks for that information Foxtrot. Today is the first time that the redirect is evident. It could be a Firefox issue. When I was trying over the weekend, it was almost looking like Ar-15.com had bought the URL to spite you guys.

Curious as to why you guys would want to confuse the user with the similar URL's?

I had it available, and (ar-15).(colorado) seemed to be the most appropriate domain I had for Colorado AR-15 Shooters the domain registration came before the chicken, so there wasn't really any discussion or selection, it was just purposed.

For the record, arfcom is ar15.com.
I owned ar-15.com from 2006-October of 2011; I sold it to arfcom for quite a bit, though I'd rather have kept it I had to get things paid and take care of a lot of crap going on (and still going on).

I built and own 1911.COM which also died with this server failure, only it's data loss has been heavier. I put co-ar15 up first, now I'm working on recovering everything else. Ill still be working on this stuff for the next 72 hours at minimum.

I think we should go back to the old domain name!!
