What's Wrong With This Picture?

Ok, so here is a box of .243 Remington cor-locs I opened up last week. Box is about 5 yrs old.

Long story short, my old man came out to see his new granddaughter and brought my Ruger M77 mark II out for me and any ammo he had stocked up. Got this rifle when I was 11. First deer rifle......sorry I'm trailing off.

So found this shell right away.......

I have dropped a box of .308 ammo and had this happen. I have never dropped any pistol ammo and seen it come out looking like hammered ass like the OP.

I had never seen one till last week when I opened the box.

That's why I was surprised with the op's op!

That is odd timing. In order to get my .308 to do that it sustained one of those slow motion falls where I made several attempts at catching it juggling it like an idiot and ultimately ended up spiking it into the ground with twice the force it would have endured otherwise.
