Glock 3rd Gen vs 4th Gen - Hand Size

I have a Gen 3 G19 and my buddy just got a Gen 4. I thought the grip differences between all the backstraps vs. the Gen 3 was not very noticeable. I did like the grip stipling better than my Gen 3. The mag release is larger also. Honestly the differences were so small it was a tossup. Whatever feels nice, I guess.

I have small hands, no ruler on me but I wear small to medium ski gloves. The gen4 is a much better fit for me and I feel a difference in how much control I have.

I wear XL gloves, and use the medium backstrap on my Gen4s. This makes the grip essentially identical to Gen3. I originally went without any backstrap, but my support hand position was slightly cramped that way and I changed it while taking a 3-day handgun class. Shooting improved a lot.
