    Default Rust Bluing

Man its a pain in the but somtimes.
    But the result is awsome!!.

The hardest part is the carding, verry tedious to get in some of those nooks and crannys.
I usaly use wooden skewers and toothpicks to get in the tight spots, but man my hands get cramped after a while.
Anybody have any tips on how to save wear and tear on the old bones?

Soft steel carding wheels on a drill, or adjustable speed (lowest speed) bench grinder, or polishing wheel.

Soft steel-I never knew they had them.
I tried the stainless ones on the dremmel and it just polished the blue off.Probably because it was a hard steel.
Who would carry these? It would make carding quite pain free.

That would be the wifes!!!(hence why I'm still up )

Well I'm done for now and man friggin elbows are killin me!!
I allready put the order in so it'll be in for the next time.

I dread doing a whole gun by hand again,I'm sore for a week afterwards-again the results are amazing but I'd rather do it without the pain.
