Default 400 Corbon, what's the deal?

So, I've been reading and lookin at other sites for info on the 400, but I can't find anything substantial on it. Who here has one, and what do you think? Is it worth the barrel to convert my gun?

Try a 10mm. Can be loaded hot. 10mm is exotic enough, 400 carbon is much more of a PITA to get. I've learned my lesson, no more bottle neck cartridges. Tougher to hand load not as much neck to grip the bullet. I bought a 40 cal barrel for my 357sig. 10mm get you more rounds too.

Mediocre solution to a nonexistant problem. If you like .40 bullets get a .40 S&W or a 10mm.

I read up on it and came to the same conclusion. +P .40 S&W performance in a package that offers less capacity.

Mainly just wondering with all I have read. With my USP, I found a barrel that is a drop in replacement, no extra crap.

10mm is a very high pressure round and is known for killing it's host gun. You can get the same ballistics from the 400 without the beating of the 10mm from what I've been reading. Also, Hk doesn't make a 10mm... I was thinking of hunting with my USP...

I don't want to buy 10mm is the thing, and I don't like the 40. Now spending $150 converting my 45 to a 400 corbon seems like a good inexpensive way to get what I might be lookin at without picking up a new gun.

So why ask? Sounds you mind is already made up. Have fun with that.

I asked because it's not made up. I don't want a 10mm for the reasons in which I stated, and I don't care for the 40. I was wanting to know what people that have owned or shot the 400 thougth about them. That's why I asked, I didn't want discussion of other rounds. The 40 is weak, and the 10mm is brutal to guns which leaves the 400 as the best of both worlds. Now I want to know what people think about them that have shot, or owned one. That's all.

I've never known anyone who kept their .400 CB barrels.
